Corn on the cob is a summer staple and one of my personal favorites. It’s sweet, delicious, and fun to eat. And everyone seems to know the “perfect” way to make it. This summer, I’m looking forward to trying as many of these recipes as I possibly can.
Before I get to the recipes, I feel I should share my perfect way to make corn on the cob. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rapid boil. Drop in your shucked corn and return to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow corn to sit in the water for at least 15 minutes, and no more than 4 hours. It comes out perfectly cooked every time, and it frees you up while you’re tending the grill.
