Whether you’re graduating, moving, getting married, or having a baby, a registry is a great way to let your kind-hearted friends and family know what you really need.  And, great news for those of you celebrating a major moment this year (too late for this old fart)… Pampered Chef now has a registry!  Yes!  I’m almost considering divorcing Mr. O and remarrying him just so we can register.  (Kidding!  Love you, honey!)

Just for you I’ve gone through the entire Pampered Chef catalog and found the items that should be included on every registry.  Of course you guys know I’m a PC consultant and I would be honored if you placed your orders through my site.  But if you’ve already got a PC rep and want to set up your registry with her, no worries, we can still be friends.

Now, on to the good stuff!

Stoneware

Let’s face it.  When you think of Pampered Chef, you think of their awesome stoneware.  It’s durable, it’s versatile, and it gives you great results every time.

RockCrok.  If you only get one piece of stoneware, make it the RockCrok.  It is the Little Black Dress of the kitchen.  It can go from oven to stovetop to grill to microwave and it’s dishwasher safe.  And now you can get the electric base to turn your RockCrok into a slow cooker.  It comes in lots of different sizes, but I recommend the Dutch Oven.

Rectangular Baker.  Perfect for casseroles, roasts, lasagna… even cake!  The inside of this baker is unglazed, so it draws moisture away for light and crispy results every time.  This is the only dish I use for my world famous Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Soufflé.

Large Bar Pan.  Make cookie bars, reheat last night’s leftovers, or roast vegetables to perfection.

Cookware

Indoor/ Outdoor Grill.  Grill year round!  It’s an electric grill indoors, and charcoal for outdoor use, and the innovative grill grate helps minimize smoke.

Executive Nonstick Double Burner Grill & Grill Press Set.  Create restaurant-quality, seared grill marks on up to four paninis, six steaks or eight burgers at once, or cook protein on one side and veggies on the other for quick meals with less clean up.

Roasting Pan with Rack.  Be ready for that first family dinner or holiday hosting with this roasting rack.  It can hold up to a 20 lb turkey, 2 whole chickens (at the same time), or rack of ribs, then place the pan on the stovetop to make your own gravy!

Micro-Cooker.  On busy nights the microwave is your friend, and this handy guy (in small or large) is amazing.  It can steam veggies, make rice, heat soup, or even poach chicken in the microwave.  If you’re a baker, you can use the micro-cooker to melt butter or chocolate, too.

Brownie Pan.  Not only does this brownie pan make THE BEST brownies in the world (hello, edges!), it does so much more.  Use this pan to make mini-pot-pies, quiches, or a ton of amazing appetizers.

Cookie Sheets.  Light and airy cookies, with a crisp bottom?  Yes, please!  Whether you use the traditional cookie sheet, or the stoneware version, you will never make a bad batch of cookies with these sheets.  Don’t forget the Stackable Cooling Racks!
